EMS INSTRUCTOR LEVEL A
In order to be in compliance and maintain eligible instructors in Florida Bureau of Emergency Medical Services approved EMS program, all new instructors not previously approved by the Bureau or who do not meet the exemptions must participate in an approved Level A Course in compliance with Rule (64J1) instructor Training Program. The EMS Instructor Course Level A is designed to offer you the tools and experiences that will qualify you as EMS Instructor as required by the State of Florida (64J-1). This course is acknowledged by the Florida Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, FAEMSE and is consistent with National Guidelines for Educating EMS Instructors, August, 2002 Edition.
The course curriculum was written and designed by the FAEMSE and is based on the Guidelines for Educating EMS Instructors. The goal of this course is to provide you with the teaching and learning methods that will qualify you as an Adjunct Faculty: Including Didactic, Laboratory, and Clinical Instructor within the State of Florida.

EMS INSTRUCTOR LEVEL B
The EMS Instructor Course Level B is designed to offer you the tools and experiences that will qualify you as a Lead EMS Instructor as required by the State of Florida (64J-1). This course is acknowledged by the Florida Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, FAEMSE and is consistent with National Guidelines for Educating EMS Instructors, August, 2002 Edition. The course curriculum is based on the Guidelines for Educating EMS Instructors. The goal of this course is to provide you with the teaching and learning methods that will qualify you as an Lead Instructor and/or Program Director within the State of Florida. At the completion of this Course the Learner will be able to demonstrate the following:
